THE GREAT AGING Extracted every year in limited quantities, Giusti 50 is a special reserve aged over 50 years in the oldest barrels of the house of Giusti. Characterized by a large aromatic bouquet and an unmistakable sweet and sour taste, it has intense woody notes and ripe fruit. Each bottle is numbered and finished by hand, kept in a case with a small blown glass pipette. A unique product, in a solid wooden gift box embellished with a 24-karat gold label and printed with movable type, using a nineteenth-century Modenese font.

Pairings : Risotto, fresh pasta, filled pasta, meats, aged cheeses and desserts.
