Restaurant Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Restaurant Manager in one of Edinburgh’s most respected businesses. 

We are looking for a positive and dedicated individual to lead our excellent team in Valvona & Crolla. 

The successful applicant will have experience in: 

Delivering exceptional customer service 
Staff training and development 
Motivating and leading a successful team 
Ordering and stock control 
Event planning and promotion 
Growing a successful business. 

This an exciting role and a rare opportunity to work closely with the Directors to deliver their vision. 
Candidates must be passionate about Italian Food and Wine, and take real pleasure in achieving fantastic customer service. 

Excellent remuneration and staff benefits, starting salary dependent on experience.

Commis/Pizza Chef
An experienced Commis/Pizza Chef with a passion for Italian ingredients and classic Italian food. Must have at least 1 years experience, be motivated to learn and maintain a professional work ethic. 

Remuneration is competitive, and dependant on previous experience. 

Full time position. Minimum commitment 1 year.


Waiting Staff
We are recruiting for committed, professional people to work in a respected Edinburgh company which values quality and excellence.

Position requirements:
- service skills, ability to take a section in a busy restaurant
- proficient English speaker for dealing with customers
- confidence in up selling
- professional ethic and care for customer service
- minimum 12 months previous experience
- knowledge of Italian food & wine an advantage
- thriving in a busy, fast paced environment- minimum 9 months commitment
- remuneration dependant on experience

Sous Chef
We are looking for a talented and passionate individual with experience cooking in Italy or Italian kitchens. 

Minimum 2 years experience required. Remuneration is competitive, and dependant on previous experience. Everything is prepared fresh to order, service is very busy, and standards are exceptionally high. Produce is sourced from Scottish and Italian artisan producers, and is of the highest quality. 

Candidates must have an enthusiasm to learn from our experience and drive to further your skills in Italian cooking.
