Working with well established team and full support of Directors to deliver an exceptional customer experience, increase sales, and promote high quality and artisanal produce.
Previous experience required:
-Merchandising, display and stock management
-Setting sales targets and increasing turnover
-Staff management and development
-Strong customer service skills
-Passionate about quality produce
-Positive, motivated and professional
-Knowledge of wine, whisky & spirits
-Familiar with stock purchasing and profitability
-Personal Licence Holder
Remuneration dependent of previous experience. Full time, permanent contract. Excellent benefits including generous staff discount and pension.
