Taste our full range of pecorino cheeses, from the youngest and freshest Calanco, to the aged and salty Romano. Enjoy with a glass of white wine, taralli biscuits and V&C Tuscan honey.

We have paired the cheese selection with a Pecorino wine - this is the name of the grape because sheep, 'pecora', from Abruzzo and Marche tend to eat the Pecorino grapes because they are the first to ripen!

Il Calanco Fresh Pecorino
Fresh, pasteurised Sardinian ewe's milk cheese, aged just 15 days, made in Tuscany by artisan producers. Absolutely delicious, bouncy and gently sweet.

Pecorino Marzolino Rosso
The most artisanal version of the Marzolino cheeses from Tuscany. It is made from pure raw sheep's milk, blended from Massese Tuscan and Sardinian breeds, aged for around 1 month.

Pratantico Pecorino Stagionato
This young and crumbly pecorino cheese, made from 100% pasteurised ewes' milk, is originally from Pratantico in Arezzo and it is aged using traditional methods to produce its fresh and nutty flavour.

Pecorino-Caprino Saraceno Sardo
A salt brine matured cheese matured for a minimum of 4 months in a reed basket. The ageing process gives the cheese a salty yet sweet flavour and a crumbly texture. This cheese is made by artisan farmers in Sardinia with pasteurised Sardinian ewe's and goat's milk.

Pecorino Belato Offida DOCG 2023 Carminucci 75cl
A fresh and richly flavoured wine with lifted notes of green apple and pineapple enveloping a crisp, dry palate with mineral tones and a tangy, zesty finish.
