Caring for your olive wood.
Olive wood is a dense hardwood, resists stains and odours, and has natural antibacterial properties.
WASH
Hand wash with warm water and gentle detergent then gently rinse. Never leave soaking in water or put in a dishwasher.
DRY
Dry with a lint-free cloth, or leave to dry naturally at room temperature.
OIL
Oil monthly, or when required - rub with olive oil on a lint-free cloth or soft kitchen paper. Remove any excess.
STORE
Keep your olive wood in a dry place, out of direct sunlight, and away from any heat source.
