Ubriaco means drunk in Italian, and this red wine washed cheese certainly has a headiness about it... enjoy with a glass of our own V&C Chianti 'Fiasco', a stunning, freshly ripe, mature and concentrated Chianti, perfectly paired with this strong Italian cow's milk cheese, a spicy taralli, a drop of honey and some panforte on the side.
