Taittinger Brut Réserve is a blend of Chardonnay (40%), Pinot Noir and Meunier (60%) sourced from over 35 different crus which allows fantastic diversity for blending. Golden yellow in colour with a fine persistent mousse, the Brut Réserve has an open and expressive nose which delivers aromas of bright citrus fruit, brioche, white flowers and a hint of vanilla. The entry onto the palate is lively, fresh and in total harmony. This is a finely balanced wine with crisp acidity, a lovely richness on the palate and a long finish.
