Deliciously sweet and juicy Italian IGP lemons from Sorrento, naturally grown.

A squeeze of these lemons will transform the flavour of grilled steak, pork, fish or lamb... its natural acidity complements and lifts the flavour of any fatty foods... it lifts the taste of salad and acts as a natural flavour enhancer in desserts, ices and cream-based sauces... you can even make your own Limoncello!

They are unwaxed, so after being washed the rind can be eaten or used in cooking or baking. Even the leaves can be used to flavour meats and cheeses.
