Clava Brie Connage Highland Dairy 250g
Clava is named after the prehistoric burial cairns of Balnuaran of Clava a few miles from the Connage family farm in the Scottish Highlands. This pasteurised brie is smooth, creamy, quite strong and delicious. As it ripens, Clava becomes silky and at its best when the texture has become soft and luscious. The delicate curd is hand ladled into moulds and matures carefully in a temperature controlled store before being individually handwrapped.

Traditional farmhouse Isle of Mull Cheese has been made to a family recipe since 1980. A hearty, full-flavoured Scottish Farmhouse Cheddar, Isle of Mull is drier in texture than our other cheddars with flavours that are upfront and richly savoury. Made with raw cow's milk and using animal rennet. Clothbound and matured for 12-14 months to create this full bodied artisan cheese.
