Deep ruby red with violet reflections. The nose opens with intense aromas of black cherry jam, dried plum, blackberry and sweet spices, followed by hints of cocoa, coffee and balsamic herbs. On the palate it is rich, velvety and full, balanced by fresh acidity that lifts the sweetness and gives elegance to the wine. The finish is long and persistent, with notes of dark chocolate and a delicate touch of cinnamon.

Ideal with dark chocolate desserts, blue cheeses or as a meditation wine at the end of a meal.
