Full of depth and complexity, the smoky sweetness of the barley contrasts beautifully with the marine freshness of the spirit and the richness of toffee and vanilla. The complexity is enhanced further with a citrus twist and then mellow oak tempers the fire.

Nose: Salted caramel brownie, flamed orange peel, a hearty whack of seaweed.

Palate: Oakey smoke and salty sea air, paired with sweeter notes of Custard Cream biscuits and white grape.

Finish: Ginger snaps, rye toast, drying peat smokiness.
