At Cantina Tramin the vineyards are cared
for by the many hands of the 300 small growers whose heritage it is to coax the best
out of their grapes, culminating in wines which reflect the uniqueness of the area.
The vines for this wine are trained according to Pergola and Guyot systems on
southwestern facing slopes. They yield 75 hectolitres per hectare. The vineyard soil is
made up of clay, calcareous gravel and sand.
