With the aim of offering you a slightly sweeter and gentler dark chocolate, but at the same time leaving room for the aromas of their fine cocoa and its naturally fruity and floral taste, here is the 70% Dark Chocolate from Cacao Crudo. A pinch of cocoa butter to make it fluid enough during processing, and to offer a pleasant creaminess on the palate.

Aromas of unroasted cocoa, aromas of the Amazon forest made softer and more delicate. A an excellent starting point for those who want to start the climb to Cacao Crudo's highest cocoa percentages.
