We’ve always said that Achroous makes a fantastic negroni — this is it. The Electric Spirit Company have brought together the very best that Scotland and Italy have to offer. Taking their award-winning gin, they add a bespoke blood orange distillate made with Sicilian citrus, and carefully blend in two other exceptional, independent products: Bitter Fusetti as the amaro, created by Milanese bartenders using gentian, rhubarb, cinchona, bitter orange and
cassia; a vermouth from Valentian that includes a dose of Scotch new make in the recipe.

The result is a deliciously aromatic cocktail, laced with sweet, Italian citrus.

To serve, just chill in the fridge, pour a measure over ice, and spritz with a long twist of orange peel. No stirring required — they've done it for you!
