Cocoa and Banana grow in the same environment and are naturally similar. An affinity that is also perceptible on the palate, where the fruity notes of the single-origin Peruvian cocoa initially prevail and then give way to a delicate hint of banana. A flavour that becomes warm, enveloping and never completely covers that of the cocoa. An exquisite balance, sweet at the right point that does not prevail but exalts, an understanding between the two elements that is respected and not at all forced. A delicious tribute to these two beloved fruits.
