Aglianico Serpico 2015 Feudi di San Gregorio 75cl

AGLI0221
Aglianico, known as the "Barolo of the South," is prized for its deep colour, tannic structure, and exceptional aging potential. Grown in the volcanic soils of Campania,  in a historic vineyard named 'Dal Re', it produces wines with great complexity and intensity.

This wine is a deep ruby with garnet hues, offering complex aromas of black cherry, plum, tobacco, and cocoa. Full-bodied and structured with firm tannins and well-balanced acidity. The finish is long, persistent, and evolves with dark fruit and earthy nuances.

The wine was matured for a minimum of 12 months in medium-toasted French barriques and barrels of 50 hectolitres. The wine was then aged for a minimum of 12 months in bottle, prior to release.
