This four-course dinner is built around three of our favourite Extra Virgin Olive Oils. We will begin by tasting each oil on its own, just as you would in Italy, to understand its character, aromas, and texture. From there, each oil becomes the heart of a dish, used in the cooking and finishing to show how it truly comes alive with food.

Every course will be paired with a carefully chosen wine, selected to complement both the dish and the olive oil, keeping the focus on balance, freshness, and enjoyment.
