Deep straw yellow with intense aroma of ripe pear and sweet spices. Creamy, fresh, and balanced palate with good acidity. A long finish with hints of pear and almond. An excellent aperitif, served chilled with appetizers. A complex and elegant wine, it enhances appetizers, seafood and fish in general, vegetable risottos, pasta with light sauces, eggs and asparagus, and white meats.

Specification

One of the "classics" of the great Veronese tradition, interpreted by Masi in a contemporary style. Colbaraca is produced with Garganega grapes grown in the company's organic vineyards in the Costalunga area, in the municipality of Monteforte, in the historic Soave winemaking region. It is characterized by its impressive structure and distinctive elegance, well-balanced softness, and a pleasing minerality.
