Made with the nebbiolo grapes picked in the Manzola vineyard, one of the most historic Barbaresco microzones. Its bright red garnet colour heralds an expansive floral bouquet and a sapid, austere palate. Already elegant when young, it acquires total harmony with age. Following suitable oxygenation, it gives of its best with roast and braised beef and veal, rabbit, lamb, hard cheeses and, aged at least ten years, biscuits and pastries.

Refreshing and crisp with mouthwatering aromas of pineapple, golden apples and delicate spicy notes. On the creamy, fresh palate, the fruit envelops a mineral core through to an effortlessly elegant finish.

Rich aromas of blackcurrant, cherries, spices, plum and violet, with a hint of green herbs. Full-bodied and voluptuous, with flavours of black cherries, olives, oak and minerality. Dry and well balanced with great finish. Match with carpaccio of beef, lamb and venison. 

Our own delicious cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, from the same co-operative in Puglia that we partnered with over 40 years ago, is delicious. A blend of 80% Coratina and 20% Ogliarola  olives, extracted by means of a stone grinder, exclusively for Valvona & Crolla under our “Fior’ Fiore” label. Creamy and full flavoured with a distinctive peppery bite. Delicious on salads and for cooking.
