Amber colour with a Fruity, bitter nose. Complex pallet of oranges and notes of gentian. Best served smooth, with ice, for cocktails or long drinks, but also a pleasure in combination with beer. Or just mix 1/3 of Picon to 2/3 of white wine.

Specification

The history of Picon liqueur begins in Africa about 150 years ago. A soldier named Gaetan Picon created it in 1837, after his return from Algeria. Before calling his creation Picon, he was called Amer African.The base of Picon is made from the distillation of orange peel, gentian extract, cinchona bark, sugar, caramel and alcohol.
