This single variety product has been created for people who love fennel. The recipe used is the same as that for Morgan’s Giardiniera, so the vegetables are crispy and fresh, with a sweet and sour flavour.

A versatile product that goes well with traditional cured meats, prosciutto, fresh and preserved oily fish, baked fish such as gilthead bream and turbot, and traditional boiled meat. It can also simply be used as a side dish or key component of mixed salad.

Ingredients: fennel, white wine vinegar, water, whole sea salt, sugar.
