From Vine to Glass - Part 2 The Terroir Tasting

You may have heard this word "Terroir" many times. Most wine consumers connect this word to the soil of a particular vineyard. There is more to it than that. Terroir refers to the complete natural environment in which a particular vine is grown including factors such as soil, topography and micro-climate. Come and taste some fabulous wines and in an informal setting learn of the importance of Terroir and how it can influence the end result in your glass.
