Chitarra' pasta is shaped after guitar strings with a square 1mm section. Gives added texture as a replacement in spaghetti dishes. Campofilone make their egg pasta using traditional methods born from the need to preserve eggs for times when they were not available. Eggs are combined with dry flour and slowly dried on paper sheets to give a delicate and completely natural product.

Cooking Time: 3 1/2 minutes

Square cut "guitar string" pasta, classically served with fresh plum tomatoes, Taggiasca olives and basil.
