Serve: Into a highball glass filled with ice, pour 50ml Pentire Adrift and top up with Light Tonic. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and/ or lemon peel.

Ingredients: Rock samphire, sage, Pentire plant blend, citrus, Cornish sea salt, water, lemon juice concentrate, natural flavours, malic acid, preservative: potassium sorbate.
