The Caselli Distillery was founded in 1860 by Francesco Caselli. This liqueur is obtained according to an ancient tradition by adding unripe walnuts, harvested at the end of June, to an infusion of pure alcohol with herbs and spices, the nature and dosage of which are kept scrupulously secret by the liqueur maker. This Nocino Classico is produced with an infusion of 2 years.
