Following on from our successful Sweet Wine, Port and Cheese Tasting, our wine buyers have selected the immensely popular Passito di Noto 2017 to be paired with a selection of wonderful cheeses from the evening.

Passito di Noto 2017 Planeta 50cl £27.49
This is a superb Moscato Passito from the picturesque town of Noto, in the south-east of Sicily. The wine shows ripe fruit such as orange, mango and white melon with hints of white flowers and honey. The palate is sweet but it has intense flavours of ripe apricot, peach and honey. A very good and balancing acidity and a long and complex finish

Robiola di Langa Tre Latti 200g (pasteurised) £ 8.99
Robiola is produced using Full Fat Cow, Sheep & Goat's Milk. It's produced in Piemonte and is ripened for at least 20 days. This cheese has a slightly acidic taste with faint traces of sheep & goat's milk.

Pecorino Maremma 200g (pasteurised) £9.99
This cheese, is from a coastal area of Tuscany called the Maremma. It is entirely made using local sheep milk and aged for at least 60 days to display a sweet, fruity and delicate flavour.
Erborinato San Carlone 200g (unpasteurised) £8.58
A blue cheese from Novara, produced from unpasteurised Cow's milk. Ripened for over 90 days. Intense flavour and slightly spicy, a distinctive blue cheese. San Carlone is the patron saint of Arona in Novara.
