Vermentino Toscana 2019 Vavlona & Crolla 75cl
Made from 100% Vermentino. The must, obtained by soft pressing, is cold-settled and then fermented at 17° C. Then aged for 7 months in stainless steel tanks and a further 3 months in bottle before release.
The wine is pale straw-yellow with an intense tree-fruit aroma and notes of tomato leaf and mint. It is fresh and zesty on the palate with balanced, intense mineral flavours. Serve chilled. Pair with fish, white meat and cheese. Ideal as an aperitif.
Montecarlo Rosso DOC 2018 Fattoria del Teso 75cl
This balanced combination of traditional varieties: Sangiovese, Merlot, Syrah, Ciliegiolo, Colorino and Petit Verdot. Fermented at controlled temperature (28°C), with maceration of skins for around 12 days and aged for 8 months in glazed cement and stainless steel tanks and 3 months in bottle.
This wine has an excellent structure and good lifespan. It is deep ruby with hints of sweet berry fruits and wild berries with spicy overtones. It is rounded, dry and well-structured. It is a very smooth and enjoyable drink.
