One of our best whites from Puglia, this blend gives the perfect combination of flavour and texture. The Fiano grapes are dried until the end of October which gives the wine white peach, nectarine and floral perfume components. The Greco comes from a very old, sandy hillside vineyard constantly touched by a fresh breeze from the Adriatic. This adds layers of ripe pears and jasmine scent, with fresh mineral acidity and full body. Crisp clean flavours with concentration and length.

Nerello Mascalese is a highly regarded black grape variety that takes its name from the Mascali plain between Mount Etna and the coast, where it is thought to have originated. The wine is aged for six month in French barrique. It has intense notes of deep red berries, sweet spices and hints of balsamic. The palate is rich and complex dominated by plums and red currant accompanied by elegant vanilla notes.

This red wine is made from 100% Malvasia Nera grape from vineyards located in the heart of Salento in Puglia. The wine was aged in French oak barrels for six months imparting subtle complexity.
