We present to you a gift pack containing three exceptional wines from Puglia.
Brindisi Rosso Camarda 2015 Due Palme
he wine is made from a blend of Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera grapes. This is a typical Salento blend. being aged in French oak barriques for 6 months. It has an attractive An intense ruby red colour with violet reflections. The nose is very fruity with notes of ripe cherry and a light toasty character. Warm and softly fruity in the mouth with rounded tannins.
Verdeca Talo 2018 San Marzano
Verdeca is a rare white wine grape variety from southern Italy, now found almost exclusively in the Taranto and Bari provinces of central Puglia. There is evidence suggesting that Verdeca, like many Italian grape varieties, may have originated further east in the Mediterranean, in either Croatia or Greece. This is a bone-dry Verdeca which shows a richness of aromatics, white flowers, crisp green apple and a hint of honey. Full flavoured, with a creamy texture and a long and intense finish.
Primitivo di Manduria Campo Marina 2017 Luccarelli
The wine is a deep and dark red colour, exuberant on the nose, with perfumes of ripe black and red fruit, especially plums and a sweet spicy note. On the palate, it is powerful and full-bodied, well balanced with a great concentration of fruity flavours and hints of chocolate. It has a rounded and silky texture - a very elegant, fresh and complex Primitivo.
