Manager, VinCaffè

You must have a minimum of one year's experience in the day to day organization of a restaurant. You will require a basic knowledge of both wines and spirits and an interest in Italian cuisine. You will also require a good command of the English language, both spoken and written.

Wine and Whisky Sales - Loch Lomond Shores

An exciting and challenging opportunity to join the Valvona & Crolla team.
This all-round role to include developing retail sales, organising in store and private tastings, seeking corporate clients, order processing and stock control.
Candidates should have good wine and spirit knowledge, be educated to WSET Higher level and have at least 2 years retails experience in the wine and spirits trade.
Excellent terms and commission opportunities.

Waiting Staff

Full time and weekend part time waiting staff reqiured for our Caffè Bar at Elm Row and at Vin Caffè, Multrees Walk.
Minimum period of 9 Months.

Weekend sales assistant - Loch Lomond Shores

Loch Lomond Shores Food hall requires experienced weekend sales assistants. Wine and/or whisky sales experience essential.

Kitchen Assistants and Commis Chef

Our kitchens prepare all dishes fresh daily; we are looking to recruit enthusiastic people looking to learn or further their skills in Italian Cooking.
Minimum period of 8 Months.
