From the sinking of the Dasher off the coast of Arran in 1943 to the unknighted Arctic exploreer John Rae, Scotland boasts many 'unsung' hereos. Immortalised in Scottish song by Gill Bowman, with many an unexpected tale.
A delightful programme of music for harp, and poetry that would have been enjoyed in Queen Victoria's time! Music performed by Lauren Scott includes works by John Thomas. Readings by Richard Ellis include writings by Rudyard Kipling.
