Louis Prima was a unique Sicilian/New Orleans showman. His musical career spanned over fifty years, but in his heyday, from the 1930s to the 1960s he was King of Swing, Rock ‘n’ Roll and Comedy Jazz. His colourful life story and great songs, including ‘Just a Gigolo', ‘Buonasera Signorina', and ‘Jump, Jive ‘n’ Wail’, brought to the Edinburgh International Fringe for the first time by Philip Contini.
