"...a great café, with lunch taking centre stage. Produce imported from Milan dictates a repertoire of dishes of straightforward Italian cooking, but incorporating the best Scottish produce too. The children's menu is a model of its type, and Italian classics among desserts include pannacotta and crumbly lemon cake." Which? Good Food Guide 2005
The Caffè Bar in Valvona & Crolla was opened in 1996. The style of cooking is derived from recipes handed down to us over the years
from our families in central and southern Italy which we prepare from produce we sell in the shop.
